Katie is a seasoned recruiting professional with a passion for making meaningful connections. With a career spanning over a decade, she has been instrumental in helping organizations find top talent across a variety of industries—from entry-level positions to the executive suite. Her vast industry expertise, particularly in the energy sector, led her to open this boutique Recruiting firm in 2020.
A proud graduate of Robert Morris University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Katie brings a strategic approach to recruitment, talent retention, and leadership development. She is known for her ability to effectively recruit for high-demand, technical, and executive-level positions through innovative sourcing strategies, targeted marketing campaigns, and engaging job fairs. Her dedication to authentic branding and building long-term relationships adds value to both her clients and candidates.
Katie is also a passionate career coach, guiding professionals as they navigate the job market, providing coaching, resume development, and interview preparation to help them confidently pursue their next opportunity.

Jenn has served as the Career Advisor for Wilson Workforce Solutions since 2022. In this role, she supports all facets of recruiting, helping candidates advance their careers by highlighting their value, skills, and experience. With more than a decade of experience in the energy sector and a strong background in engineering, construction, and project management, Jenn is well-equipped to identify the right candidates for clients and align hiring needs across diverse industries.
In addition to her role at Wilson Workforce Solutions, Jenn is the founder and owner of Proven Influence Career Services, an LLC specializing in resume and cover letter preparation, career transition support, and career coaching. Through her carefully crafted job application materials, she empowers candidates to present themselves effectively and make a lasting impression.
Jenn is a proud member of the National Resume Writers’ Association (NRWA), staying at the forefront of industry best practices. As a trained career and leadership coach, she is skilled in various leadership development, career progression, and self-awareness tools, helping individuals confidently navigate their professional journeys.
